Structural compositio
Joint body: It is the main part of a double tube joint, usually with internal or external threads, used for connecting with other pipelines or equipment. The inner side has a conical surface, providing sealing and positioning for the sleeve.
Front card sleeve: located near the end of the pipe, during installation, the front card sleeve is pushed by the nut and rear card sleeve, and the outer front end is in contact with the cone surface of the joint body. The inner blade evenly bites into the seamless steel pipe, forming the first seal, mainly responsible for achieving the sealing function between the front card sleeve and the pipe.
Rear card sleeve: located behind the front card sleeve, when the nut is tightened, the rear card sleeve pushes the front card sleeve forward and produces a hinge effect inward after being resisted, forming a strong grip on the pipe and assisting in sealing and preventing pipe loosening.
Nut: Connected to the joint body through threads, when the nut is rotated, it can push the rear and front card sleeves forward, achieving a tight connection and sealing between the card sleeve and the pipe
Push and Squeeze: During installation, rotate the nut to move it forward, the nut pushes the rear sleeve, and the rear sleeve then pushes the front sleeve forward. At the same time, the tip of the joint body presses inward on the front sleeve, causing deformation of the front sleeve.
Sealing formation: As the front sleeve deforms, its inner diameter gradually decreases, eliminating the tolerance between the outer diameter of the pipe and tightly fitting with the pipe, forming the first seal. During the further advancement of the card sleeve, it is subjected to resistance from the pipe and the front card sleeve, and moves inward to form a second support and seal on the pipe, thus achieving the dual sealing effect of the double card sleeve.
Preparation work: Ensure that all components are clean, free of oil stains, impurities, etc. Check whether the part of the pipe surface that is inserted into the sleeve joint is smooth and intact, whether the end face of the pipe is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, and whether there are burrs at the pipe mouth.
Preliminary assembly: Insert the nut and rear sleeve onto the pipe in sequence, then insert the pipe into the joint body, ensuring that the pipe end reaches the bottom of the joint, and tighten the sleeve nut with your fingers.
Marking and tightening: Make a mark at the 6 o'clock position on the sleeve nut, fix the joint body with a wrench, rotate the sleeve nut one and a quarter turns, and then rotate the mark 540 degrees to the 9 o'clock position to complete the installation.
Strong corrosion resistance: 304 stainless steel material has excellent corrosion resistance, which can resist the erosion of water, oil, acid and alkali media, extend the service life, and reduce maintenance and replacement costs.
