Structural characteristics
Three piece structure: composed of three parts connected by bolts. This structure is easy to disassemble and maintain, and when internal parts need to be repaired or replaced, there is no need to remove the entire valve from the pipeline, only the bolts need to be removed.
Quick installation connection: using quick installation interfaces such as clamp connections. It has the advantage of easy installation and can quickly connect and separate valves and pipelines, suitable for pipeline systems that require frequent disassembly, cleaning, or maintenance.
High platform design: equipped with a high installation platform, usually in compliance with ISO 5211 standard. Easy to install various driving devices, such as pneumatic actuators, electric actuators, etc., and easy to achieve automation control.

• Working principle
  Drive the ball to rotate by rotating the valve stem. When the through-hole on the sphere coincides with the axis of the pipeline, the valve opens and the medium can pass smoothly; When the sphere rotates to the point where the through-hole is perpendicular to the pipeline axis, the valve closes, cutting off the flow of the medium, thereby achieving control over the cutting, distribution, and change of flow direction of the medium inside the pipeline
