Structure: Stainless steel needle valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve stem, valve core, valve seat, packing, gland and other components. The valve core is needle shaped and cooperates with the valve seat to achieve sealing.
Working principle: By rotating the valve stem, the valve core is driven to move up and down, thereby changing the gap between the valve core and the valve seat, achieving precise control or complete cut-off of the medium flow rate. When the valve core is tightly attached to the valve seat, the valve closes, preventing the flow of the medium; When the valve core rises, the medium can flow through the gap between the valve core and the valve seat.
Strong pressure resistance: Stainless steel material has high strength and hardness, and can withstand high pressure. The nominal pressure can generally reach 1.6MPa-70.0MPa.
Accurate flow control: Due to the needle like structure of the valve core, when the valve is opened, the channel area through which the medium passes is small, which can achieve precise adjustment of small flow media and is suitable for situations where precise flow control is required.
Long service life: Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, is not easy to rust and wear, and after the sealing surface is damaged, only vulnerable parts need to be replaced to continue use.
