Structure and Principle
Stainless steel Double Ferrules straight Union usually consists of four parts: Fitting body, front ferrule, rear Ferrule, and nut. During installation, insert the pipeline into the joint body, tighten the nut, and push the rear Ferrule. The rear Ferrule will then collide with the conical surface of the front Ferrule, and the front Ferrule will be driven by the thrust to enter the conical hole of the joint body. The front Ferrule will shrink and deform on the pipe, forming a tight sealing surface between the pipe and the joint body. At the same time, the rear Ferrule will deeply sink into the pipe, forming a strong mechanical clamping force on the pipe.
