Product Description

High sealing performance: In addition to the O-ring seal behind the valve seat, the sealing surface design between the ball and the valve seat is also very precise, which can achieve good sealing effect. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal, effectively preventing medium leakage.
High strength and pressure resistance: Due to the use of forged parts and carefully selected materials for each component, high-pressure welded ball valves can withstand high pressures, with nominal pressures generally ranging from 16MPa to 32MPa or even higher.
Lightweight switch: The rotating motion of the sphere makes the opening and closing of the valve relatively easy, requiring only a 90 degree rotation and a small rotational torque to achieve the opening and closing of the valve.
Good corrosion resistance: Depending on the requirements of different media and working conditions, suitable corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, Monel alloy, etc. can be selected to ensure stable operation in corrosive media (such as acid and alkali)

Structural Design

Bottom mounted valve stem: Adopting a bottom mounted valve stem and equipped with a reverse sealing structure, it can ensure reliable sealing at the packing and prevent the valve stem from coming out, enhancing the safety and sealing of the valve under high pressure conditions.
Inlaid valve seat: The valve seat adopts an embedded design with an O-ring at the back, which can effectively ensure that the medium does not leak out, further improving the sealing performance of the valve.
Forged components: All components of high-pressure butt welded ball valves are usually forged, and the forging process gives the components higher strength and density, which can withstand high-pressure environments

Working principle: The opening and closing components of high-pressure butt welded ball valves are spherical, driven by the valve stem, and rotate around the axis of the ball valve. When the hole of the sphere is aligned with the inlet and outlet of the valve body, fluid passes through; When the sphere rotates 90 degrees, the holes are not aligned with the inlet and outlet, and the fluid is blocked, thereby achieving the control of cutting off or connecting the medium in the pipeline.
