Product Overview
1. Excellent material:

3. Double ferrule design advantage:
The double ferrules structure provides excellent sealing performance. 4.Branch tee functional characteristics:

Structural characteristics
Main structure: composed of a main pipe and two branch pipes of different diameters, with smooth transition connections between the main and branch pipes to reduce the resistance of fluid flow inside the pipeline. Material selection

Mold making: Design and manufacture high-precision outer and inner molds based on the size and shape requirements of the variable diameter tee. Hot press forging: A heated metal billet, usually round steel or steel pipe, is placed into an outer mold with an installed inner mold. By applying tremendous pressure through a press, the metal blank undergoes plastic deformation inside the mold, gradually filling the mold cavity and forming a variable diameter tee blank.
Machining: After removing the inner mold, further machining is performed on the blank part, such as cutting, drilling, polishing, etc., to remove excess material, ensure that the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of each interface of the tee meet the requirements, and process connecting threads or other connection forms.
Surface treatment: In order to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the forging body variable diameter tee, surface treatment such as electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing, passivation, etc. is usually carried out.
