installation
Preparation work: Cut seamless steel pipes of appropriate length and remove burrs at the ends to ensure that the pipe end face is perpendicular to the axis and the angle error does not exceed 0.5 degrees. If bending treatment is required for the pipe, the length of the straight section from the end face of the pipe to the bending position should not be less than three times the length of the nut.
Insert the nut and sleeve: Insert the nut and sleeve in the correct direction onto the seamless steel pipe.
Apply lubricating oil: Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the threads and sleeves of the pre assembled joint body, then insert the pipe into the joint body and manually tighten the nut.
Tighten the nut: When the pressure point is felt, continue tightening the nut until the sleeve is stuck in the pipe, and then tighten the compression nut by 1/2 turn.
Check installation: Before final installation, remove the pre assembled joint body and check the embedding of the blade edge of the card sleeve. The visible protrusion should fill the space on the end face of the card sleeve. The card sleeve can rotate slightly, but should not move axially.
Pipe diameter size: It can adapt to various pipe diameters, from smaller instrument pipes to larger industrial pipes, such as DN6-DN150 pipes with different nominal diameters, all of which have corresponding external thread clamp fittings to choose from
