Structure and Principle
Structural composition: Generally composed of valve body, valve disc, spring and other components. The valve body is made of stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance and strength. Valve disc is a key component for controlling the flow of media, with various shapes and structures, commonly including ball type, baffle type, etc. The spring is used to provide the force when the valve disc closes.
Working principle: When the medium enters the valve body from the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, the pressure of the medium acts on the valve disc to generate an upward thrust. When the thrust of the medium is greater than the gravity of the valve disc and the spring force, the valve opens and the medium passes smoothly. When the force exerted by the pressure of the medium behind the valve on the valve disc, combined with the gravity of the valve disc itself and the spring force, is greater than the force exerted by the pressure before the valve on the valve disc, the valve closes and prevents the medium from flowing back
