Installation steps
Pipeline pretreatment:
Ensure that the end of the pipeline is flat and free of burrs, and clean the outer wall of oil stains and rust with sandpaper or scraper.
Component assembly:
Insert the nut and sleeve onto the pipeline in sequence, and then align the plug body with the pipeline port.
Manual pre tightening:
Tighten the nut by hand until the sleeve is initially fixed on the pipeline, ensuring that the plug is perpendicular to the pipeline.
Tool fastening:
Use a wrench to tighten the nut to the specified torque (refer to the table below) until the sleeve fully engages with the pipe (usually with a "click" sound or a significant increase in tactile resistance).
