Structure Design
Y-shaped structure: The overall shape is "Y" - shaped, which allows the fluid to be more evenly distributed during the filtration process, reduces local pressure loss, and improves filtration efficiency.
Double layer filter: Adopting a stainless steel double-layer mesh structure, it is sturdy and durable, which can increase the filtration area and filtration effect, and improve the ability to intercept impurities.
Threaded connection: Both ends have internal threads, which can be connected to the pipeline through external thread joints. The connection and disassembly are easy, and it is convenient for installation and maintenance.
 

Working principle
When the medium in the pipeline first enters the filter, it enters the connected valve or other equipment through the filter screen, while impurities remain in the filter barrel, so that various valves and equipment will not malfunction due to mechanical debris getting stuck, thus protecting the normal operation of the equipment

Performance characteristics
Good corrosion resistance: Made of stainless steel materials such as 304, 316, or 316L, it can resist the erosion of media such as water, oil, steam, and certain corrosive liquids. It is suitable for different acidic and alkaline environments and has a long service life.
Filtering accuracy optional: The filtering accuracy range is wide, and different mesh sizes of filters can be selected according to different usage needs. Generally, the water mesh is 18-30 mesh, the air mesh is 40-100 mesh, and the oil mesh is 100-480 mesh, which can effectively intercept suspended solids, particulate impurities, etc. in liquids or gases.
Low flow resistance: The advanced structural design reduces the resistance and pressure loss when the fluid passes through the filter, which can reduce energy loss and ensure smooth flow of the medium.
Easy to discharge: When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, remove the filtered impurities, and reinstall it. It is extremely convenient to use and maintain.
Large pollutant capacity: able to accommodate a large amount of impurities, reducing the need for frequent filter replacement and lowering maintenance costs.
