Basic structure: The double sleeve needle valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve stem, sleeve, sealing ring, valve core and other components. The valve body is equipped with a channel connected to the pipeline inside, the valve stem is used to control the opening and closing status of the valve, the sleeve is used to fix the sealing ring to ensure good sealing performance, and the valve core is usually a needle shaped cone

Working principle: Use the up and down movement of the valve stem to control the opening and closing status of the valve. When the valve is closed, the valve stem drives the needle valve core to move downward, tightly contacting the sealing ring to prevent the medium from flowing; When the valve is opened, the valve stem drives the valve core to move upward, separating from the sealing ring, and the medium can flow through the valve. When tightening the nut, the card sleeve in the double card sleeve structure will be pushed into the tapered hole and deform accordingly, forming a spherical touch seal between the card sleeve and the conical surface inside the joint body. At the same time, the cutting edge of the card sleeve is stuck on the outer wall of the steel pipe, increasing friction and fixing the steel pipe at both ends
Good sealing performance: The dual card sleeve design and the tight fit between the needle valve core and valve seat make it have excellent sealing performance, which can effectively prevent medium leakage and maintain good sealing even under high pressure.
Strong pressure resistance: It can withstand high pressure and is suitable for fluid control in high-pressure environments. Generally, it can withstand pressures of PN320 and above.
Corrosion resistance: The valve body material is usually made of stainless steel (such as SS304, SS316, SS316L, etc.), and some can also be customized with special materials such as Monel alloy and Hastelloy alloy, which have strong corrosion resistance and can adapt to various corrosive media and harsh working environments
Easy installation and disassembly: The card sleeve connection method makes the installation and disassembly of the valve more convenient, without the need for complex tools and processes, which can save installation and maintenance time.
Long service life: The sealing surface and vulnerable parts are easy to replace. Even if the sealing surface is damaged, only the corresponding vulnerable parts need to be replaced, and the valve can continue to be used, thereby extending the overall service life.
Good regulation performance: By rotating the valve stem, the opening of the needle valve core can be precisely controlled, thereby achieving fine regulation of fluid flow rate, suitable for occasions that require precise flow control.
