Double sealing mechanism:
Card sleeve sealing: Radial sealing is achieved by compressing the outer wall of the pipeline with a card sleeve (a metal ring with a cutting edge).
Thread sealing: The external thread at the tail of the plug is matched with the internal thread of the pipe fitting, combined with raw tape, thread glue, etc. to achieve axial sealing.

Media compatibility:
Strong corrosive media (such as sulfuric acid): 316L stainless steel plugs are preferred, and fluoroplastic coatings (such as PTFE) are used on the threads.
High viscosity media (such as syrup): The inner wall of the sleeve needs to be polished (Ra ≤ 1.6 μ m) to prevent residual media.
Environmental factors:
Vibration scenario: Threads require the installation of anti loosening washers (such as spring washers, nylon lock nuts) or the application of anti loosening glue (such as Loctite 243).
Low temperature environment (<-20 ºC): Use 304L/316L stainless steel to avoid low-temperature brittle cracking of the sleeve.

Temporary sealing of chemical pipelines:
Scenario: The temporary closure of the reactor bypass pipe and backup interface requires frequent disassembly.
